Return Process

  Ensure the gel strips are in their original light-protective black container and outer box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
